Once you click 'confirm' your order begins to process and you cannot make any further changes. We are not able to combine orders or change sizes. If you are unhappy with your order once it arrives you may exchange it for another product or store credit (valid for 6 months). However we must receive the item back to store prior to exchanging the item and additional shipping costs will be at your own expense.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping is usually delivered within 5-7 working days but may take longer depending on your location. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive. Express Shipping is usually delivered within 1-3 business days depending on your location.
Whats the go with preorders?
Occasionally we will offer the opportunity to purchase our products prior to them arriving at Little Soldiers. Payment for pre-orders is taken at the time of ordering – where multiple items are purchased in one order (including items in-stock and pre-order) only one delivery fee (if applicable) will be charged and all items will be held untill all items are available in store to dispatch. If you would like to receive the in stock items separately we can arrange an additional shipping invoice. As much as we would love to provide specific dates on pre order items, unfortunately due to nature of freight and shipping companies being the middle man between us our suppliers we cannot always guarantee that the items will be available at the estimated time of arrival. Please note that when a preorder is offered all dates are an estimate only as these delivery time frames can vary. You are more than welcome to be in touch with us and we can provide you updates along the way to the best of our knowledge.

My purchase is a gift - can you wrap it?
Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping for most of our products, excluding heavy/bulky items. If you would like your order gift wrapped please place a request in the notes section or email us!
How do I know what size to choose?
Due to us sourcing our products from many different suppliers, our sizes may vary slightly as each brand is different. The sizing is to be used as a guide only and may differ depending on the size or weight of your baby for their age. We always recommend ordering a slightly larger size for growth, particularly if your baby is larger for their age.
For example A size 0-6 Months in one brand may be a larger fit than another brand and so on with other sizes. Please contact us at for any assistance on sizing.
We aim to provide a size chart, material and size fit on each product description.
If you would like a size chart for any particular product that may not have one present, please contact our customer service team at and they will be able to provide you with one prior to you purchasing.

Garment Care If you are unsure of a garments care, always ‘cold hand wash’ to avoid any damage in the garment's fabric. If your garment is damaged because it was washed incorrectly we are unable to accept this back as a return.
Wear and Tear If you damage a garment after wearing it e.g a button falls off or the zip breaks because of ‘wear and tear‘ we cannot accept these garments back for a return or exchange.
